"I think we've got about 600 resumes that we've taken, minimum. 200 of those we will definitely keep in file for our pipeline over the next two years and I probably would say there's going to be 125 people that we would immediately consider hiring into the business. [Our business manager] said he has never seen so many quality resumes for his area in front of him at the same time. It's a pretty big call from someone who was a little bit cynical in the first place... This was a real success."
